The Vendor Risk Assessment generated by this software application is based primarily on information obtained from third-party data providers through automated API calls. Fortifai does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such third-party data, and makes no representations or warranties—express or implied—regarding its accuracy or completeness. Such third-party data providers have been selected by Fortifai after proper due diligence and we understand that they are providing similar services to several large and reputed enterprises in the country. The assessment generated through V7 is intended for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a definitive statement of fact or a substitute for your own due diligence. Fortifai disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or other consequence arising directly or indirectly from reliance on the assessment or any third-party data contained therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
